  1. yes, I know. I have to check on action report every shift 2 times a day. just hope they get this fix ASAP.

Last night, I just found out that all my server that have access level 1 can remove item after sent! even though I set to required access level 3 or above. this is so dangerous, I have to go back to action report overnight in the past 2 weeks. I just want to make sure no one steal from me. I sent email to tech support last night and still wait from them. Is anyone have a problem?

  6. Missing order

    server put order in, printed in kitchen and order was made. 10 minutes later, server found out that order that she put in was missing from her table. this problem is happen almost everyday. I don't know how many order $$$ that my server didn't catch it.. A VERY SERIOUS ISSUES! POTENTIAL LOOSING REVENUE!!!!!. email to support too many times but never get any thing resolve!
  7. yesterday was a 1st day of 3.0.3. It is a lot faster and run credit card way better, but have many new issues, 1. no lines on "Gratuity and Total" on credit card receipt when I print with Star TSP650 but it will print with Epson smart printer every time. 2. all iPads are using more power, need to re-charge more often. 3. manager can not transfer order from one server to the other server. 4. I'm not running on iOS 9, maybe that is why causing these issues? thank you
  8. Strange Behaviors Today

    happen to me too! -order got a successful credit card payment, but still keep order open and server can not close the order. Manager try to close order but show error message. Manager have to shut down app and open app again and order will be closed! - 2-3 order that server sent to kitchen and no error message at all. but kitchen did not get ticket. i'm still running old version not 3.0. I will never download newest version from LAVU util it 2-3 months past by!
  9. I'll say 99.9% at this moment. If it didn't read, just close the app and it will read. too bad this printer is expensive!

  12. This is a 3rd week that we have a problems with kitchen ticket was not print or not print the whole ticket. Very frustrate! contact with Lavu support and look like not thing improve? David Miles ! I need your help here. I don't think your tech support know the problem and know how to fix this issue. I have to comp ticket almost everyday in the past 2 week! thanks

    Called customer support the other day about have a problem with ticket not printing. Lavu support team told me to disable Legacy printing. since then I still have a problem. don't know what to do next? need help.
  14. day 2. very happy with the reader. a regular customer that we have to manual his credit card everyday came in today. Wow! fist time that we can run his card by swiping not manual enter! I'll test more and let you guys know.
