  10. Items Disappearing off Orders

I am experiencing the same issue, my clients keep calling me about this problem. for example: table 6 is taking order with 5 items of food, and 6 items of drinks, and server send it to the kitchen from tableside device, unfortunately in the kitchen section received just 4 items of foods ( short 1 of food ) in the tableside iPad is showing no printer error. but when they pay the bill, all the items is completed (5 foods and 6 drinks) sometimes the issues is happened as vice versa. Will Lavu Retro give any solution?
  11. quick button to add qty. of item

Yes it worked! Thank you very much.
  12. Is there any possibility to enter a quantity of specific item in the menu? i.e. I need to take an order for T-shirt Merchandise for qty of 50 pcs is there an way to just enter a quantity of 50 for T-shirt instead of click + or - button on the left side of the chosen menu on the billing area. because it will take more time to click + for 50 times.
  13. Hi all, I just moved this topic to here. I am so happy to be a part of a state-of-the-art system product called LAVU. However we have a feature request that maybe in some asian countries might need it (some people did not notice that): a separator for thousand or million or maybe more e.g. Rp. 2.350.000 ( two million three hundred and fifty thousand rupiah) Rp. 1.500.000 Rp. 2.000 Rp: Indonesian currency and currently what Lavu billing shows is: Rp. 2350000 Rp. 1500000 Rp. 2000 my clients and I are asking that feature would be a great thing to be added I think it is just a simple program command to be added. Note: This is different than "decimal" that is already in Lavu Backend Setting For users that are using Dollar Currency might not really need that because a thousand dollar would cost much for meal What do you guys think? Thank you.
  14. Reporting Function: Decimal Points

As we are experiencing a very little problem but actually it is a vital for some country that is using a lot of zeroes in their currency is a separator for thousands amount of numbering in the Lavu billing docket. I think it would be great if you add a coma ( , ) for thousand separator e.g $1,588.25 , $2,500.00
