My order submitted through the API does not display on KDS Lavu

Question

Hi,

I am submitting orders to POS Lavu through an API, from an external mobile client integrated with POS Lavu. I correctly see orders on the POS Lavu client (iPad), but the order does not get printed to the printer according to the printer routing rules setup in admin, and it does not display on the KDS either. I am using the API - HTTP POST to orders / order_contents. 

Would you be able to advise me on how I could get this issue resolved? We are an integration partner located in Canada.
